Hintergrund
- Background: Alpha-4 is involved in the rapamycin sensitive mTOR pathway through its association with the PP2Ac phosphatase. Alpha-4 may regulate PP2Ac activity for the cell cycle progression of lymphocytes. Alpha-4 is also associated to surface IgM receptors and is involved in B-cell receptor mediated signal transduction.
