    IP: 2 - 5 μg/mg lysate

WB: Not recommended. ABIN7452238 has not performed satisfactorily when used for WB of CKAP2L in crude preparations (e.g. whole cell lysate). This antibody can be used for WB of enriched (e.g. immunoprecipitated) sources of CKAP2L.

    Hintergrund
Background: CKAP2L (cytoskeleton-associated protein 2-like) has been identified in a mass-spectrometry-based search for phosphorylation sites in mitotic spindle-associated proteins. In similar mass-spectometry based experiments, it has also been identified as a protein whose phosphorylation is cell cycle regulated.
