Applikationshinweise: Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB (1:500-1:2000), IHC-P (1:100-1:300), IP (2-5 μg/mg lysate), ELISA (1:10000). Not yet tested in other applications.

Erb-b2 receptor tyrosine kinase 2 has no ligand binding domain of its own and therefore cannot bind growth factors.
