Hintergrund: GSTM3 is a cytosolic enzyme involved in prostaglandin and leukotriene synthesis and in the metabolization of toxic compounds, such as chemotherapeutic drugs, insecticides, herbicides, carcinogens, and by-products of oxidative stress.
