Applikationshinweise
- This antibody is recommended to be used in combination with mAb IC14-30 for detecting mesothelin with high sensitivity in a capture ELISA. This antibody can also immunoprecipitate recombinant mesothelin. NCI-H226 and NCI-H520 were incubated with anti-MSLN antibodies (11-25 ) or an isotype-matched control antibody and followed by PE-conjugate anti mouse IgG. Antigen expression was detected by flow cytometry (PMID: 18394747). 64Cu labelled 11-25 was used in vitro cell binding assay and in vivo positron emission tomography (PET) imaging in the tumor-bearing mice (PMID: 25883990).
