-
Spezifität
- At least two isoforms of SPATA4 are known to exist, this antibody will detect both isoforms. SPATA4 antibody is predicted to not cross-react with SPATA protein family members
-
Aufreinigung
- SPATA4 Antibody is affinity chromatography purified via peptide column.
-
Immunogen
- SPATA4 antibody was raised against an 18 amino acid synthetic peptide near the carboxy terminus of human SPATA4. The immunogen is located within amino acids 200 - 250 of SPATA4.

Hintergrund
- SPATA4 Antibody: The spermatogenesis associated protein 4 (SPATA4) protein, also known as TSARG1, is highly expressed in testis, and to a much lower extent in other tissues. SPATA4 contains a highly conserved DUF1042 domain, but no significant homology with any other known protein. SPATA4 is thought to play an important role in the development of cryptorchid testis and is a testis-specific apoptosis candidate oncogene.
