Protein S is a vitamin K-dependent coagulation factor involved in the regulation of the anticoagulant activity of activated protein C. Anti-Protein S antibody clone 7E9 binds to an epitope within the third and fourth EGF-like region of the protein, in a calcium independent manner [1]
