Produktmerkmale: SWI/SNF related, matrix associated, actin dependent regulator of chromatin, subfamily a, member 2 (SMARCA2), also known as BRM, is a member of the SWI/SNF family of ATP-dependant chromatin remodeling proteins. SMARCA2 is the catalytic subunit of a multi-subunit protein complex that utilizes the energy from ATP hydrolysis to alter chromatin structure and activate transcription. SMARCA2 / BRM antibody (mAb) (Clone 1H7A10) was raised in a Rat host. It has been validated for use in Chromatin Immunoprecipitation, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence and Western blot, it has been shown to react with Human and Mouse samples.
