Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: ELISA & Western Blot. For WB, MAb 7B7/5G9 at an antibody concentration of 0.5 ug/mL will allow visualization of 0.5-1.0 ug/lane (Synthetic NS-4) and 0.1 ug/lane (Recombinant Chimeric HCV). Testing is under both reducing and non-reducing conditions.
