Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunocytochemistry and ELISA. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL. Detects ~5 ng/lane of rhADAM15 under non-reducing conditions. Immunoprecipitation: 25 μg/mL. Direct ELISA: 1 μg/mL detects ~0.3 ng rhADAM15/well.
