Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA and Neutralization. Western Blot: 1-5 μg/mL. Using ECL. ELISA: 0.5-2.0 μg antibody and 10-50 ng of control antigen/well. Neutralization: 100-200 μg IgG neutralizes 50 % activity of 1 μg of angiogenin. Neutralizes biological activity of recombinant human angiogenin as measured by measurement of ribonucleolytic activity using tRNA.
