Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1-10 μg/mL using ECL. ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000 using 50-100 ng UCP31 control peptide/well. Immunohistochemistry: 2-20 μg/mL in formaldehyde fixed tissues.
