Approved: ELISA (0.5 - 1 μg/mL), WB (1 - 10 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot. Western Blot: 1-10 μg/mL using ECL. Detects 2 proteins of 50 and 75kD in solubilized hippocampal membranes. The 75kD band was not visible in striatum. ~100-400 μg protein/lane should be loaded to visualize the 75kD band. ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL. Coat ELISA plates at 1 μg/mL of Control Peptide. -
