Application Note: Anti-Clavesin antibody is suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blotting and ICC. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band of approximately 35 kDa in size corresponding to clavesin protein doublet in Western Blots of rat brain lysate. Isoform-specific knock down in cultured hippocampal neurons indicates that the lower and upper bands are clavesin 1 and 2, respectively.
