Usage: Suitable for use in Western blot:1 μg/mL. Lysates from human K562, A431 and Jurkat cells were resolved by SDS-PAGE. Following electrophoresis, proteins were transferred to an Immobilon-P membrane and immunoblotted with 1 μg/mL mouse anti-CrkL.
