Approved: ELISA (0.1 - 0.4 μg/mL), Flo (3 - 10 μg/mL), IF, WB (0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, and Western Blot. Flow Cytometry: 3-10 μg/mL per 10^6 cells with an appropriate secondary antibody for indirect immunofluorescence staining of cells by flow cytometry. ELISA: 0.1-0.4 μg/mL.
