Immunohistochemistry: Frozen section of Human Hypothalamus shows staining of galaninergic axons in the human periventricular nucleus. Recommended concentration: 0.2-0.5 μg/mL.

Western Blot: Approx 17 kDa band observed in Human Brain (Cerebellum) and in Mouse and Rat Brain lysates (calculated MW of 13.3 kDa according to Human NP_057057.2 and of 13.5 kDa according to Mouse NP_034383.1 and Rat NP_150240.1). Recommended concentration
