Spezifität: This antibody detects PEP1 [maize leaves]. Cross reactivity against Phospho-enol-pyruvate carboxylase from other tissues and species may occur but have not been specifically determined. Immunoelectrophoresis give a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-rabbit serum as well as purified and partially purified Phospho-enol-pyruvate carboxylase [maize].

Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: Western Blot : 1/500-1/3,000. ELISA : 1/5,000-1/25,000. This product has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Phospho-enol-pyruvate carboxylase [maize] in a standard capture ELISA using peroxidase conjugated streptavidin and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1/3,000 to 1/12,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested.
