For immunogold experiments plant tissue has been fixed with GA in PFA/PIPES.LR White resin has been used. Tested species were: Triticum aestivum, Panicummiliaceum, Panicum maximum, Echinochloa crus-galli Eragrostis neomexicana,Digitaria sanguinalis.
