Applikationshinweise

The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the recombinant H3K9ac antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
1. A pH 6 Citrate buffer or pH 9 Tris/EDTA buffer HIER step is recommended for testing of FFPE tissue sections.\. Western Blot: 0.25-1 μg/mL,Immunocytochemistry: 0.5-2 μg/mL,ChIP: 2 μg/mL-10 μg/mg of lysate,Immunohistochemistry: 0.1-1 μg/mL (1),ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL
