Approved: Peptide-ELISA (1:64000), WB (0.1 - 0.3 μg/mL)
Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000. Western blot: Approx. 60 kDa band observed in Human Kidney lysates (calculated MW of 61.9 kDa according to NP_060712.2). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 26 kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. - Kommentare
