Usage: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1-2 μg/mL for 30 min at RT. No special pretreatment is required for staining of formalin/ paraffin sections. Positive control: Melanoma or Schwannoma. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
