Spezifität: Recognizes the 160 alpha 200kD proteins of human neurofilament. Specifically recognizes a non-phosphorylated epitope in the tail domain of NF-M+H. Dephosphorylation of NF-M+H will increase immunoreactivity with this antibody. Species cross-reactivity: human, rat, mouse, bovine, rabbit, hamster and squid.

Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation, and Western Blot. ELISA: 0.1-0.5 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry (Bouin's and alcohol-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections and frozen sections): 5-10 μg/mL. To stain, incubate 30-60 minutes at RT or overnight at 4?C. Western Blot: 0.5-1 μg/mL. Immunoprecipitation: 2-5 μg.
