Usage: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry: 1-2 μg/mL. Frozen & formalin/paraffin. For staining of formalin-fixed tissues, digest sections with trypsin at 1 mg/mL PBS, 15 min at RT, or Pronase E at 1 mg/mL PBS for 5 minutes at 37?C. Positive control: Skin.
