Usage: Suitable for use in Neutralization and ELISA. Neutralization: To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of hMCP-3 (100 ng/mL), a concentration of 1-3 μg/mL of this antibody is required. ELISA: 1:20000 dilution of a 1 mg/mL antibody solution will give satisfactory results in a direct ELISA using alkaline phosphatase goat anti-mouse Ig.
