Peptide ELISA: Antibody Detection Limit Dilution: 1/16000. Western Blot: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Approx 70 kDa band observed in Human Brain (Cerebellum) lysates (calculated MW of42.0 kDa according to NP_660339.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds tofindings with anti-CADM4 antibody (C-term) ABIN374902, a product of different designreacting to a different part of the same protein.
Other applications not tested.
