Spezifität: Antibody AP09476PU detects endogenous levels of GAP43 only when phosphorylated at Ser41.

Aufreinigung: Immunoaffinity Chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

Immunogen: The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human GAP43 around the phosphorylation site of Ser41 (Q-A-Sp-F-R).
