Spezifität: Recognizes all FeLV isolates tested. Gives good ELISA and WB signals. Binds p27 and reacts with several proteins from FeLV when tested by Western Blotanalysis of reduced ultracentrifuged FeLV virus (isolated from tissue culture cell) inthe presence of SDS. The protein bands are: 190Kd, gPr 65 (glycosylated proteinrepresenting the whole GAG gene), 60Kd, 50Kd, 40Kd, 31Kd, and 29Kd.
