Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 32000. Western blot: 0.5-2 μg/mL. Approx 70-75 kDa band and approx 35 kDa band observed inHuman Lung lysates (predicted MWs of 95 kDa according to AAD33924.1 - however ourresult agrees with Putilina et al as below). A minor band of unknown identity was alsoconsistently observed at approx 55 kDa.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
