Applikationshinweise

Peptide ELISA: 1/32000. Western blot: 1 - 3 μg/mL. Approx 35 kDa band observed in Human Heart, Liver and Musclelysates (calculated MW of 47.5 kDa according to NP_061041.2 (alpha isoform) and 31.5 kDaaccording to AAF71042.1(beta isoform). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing ILPIPa band of approx.45 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfectedHEK293. Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections: 3 - 5 μg/mL.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -
