Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 64000. Western blot: 0.2-0.6 μg/mL. Approx 35 kDa band observed in Human Placenta lysates(calculated MW of 34.5 kDa according to NP_057399.1). Immunohistochemistry: 5-10 μg/mL. In paraffin embedded Human Kidney shows staining ofcytoplasm, stronger in a selection of epithelial cells of distal convoluted tubules.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
