Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 32000. Western blot: 1-3 μg/mL. Approx 40 kDa band observed in Human Heart lysates (predictedMW of 30 kDa according to NP_115937).

- This protein has an ankyrin repeat region and two BTB/POZ domains, which are thought to be involved in protein-protein interactions. Expression of the gene is activated by the phosphatase and tensin homolog, a tumor suppressor.
