  • Spezifität

Specific for endogenous levels of human nuclear staining pattern. Chromosomes are negatively stained in metaphase cells. With immunoprecipitation, the antibody reacts with a ~80 kDa and ~70 kDa band. The antibody works on acetone fixed and paraformaldehyde fixed cells. It is suggested that you permeabilize the cells with 0.1-0.4 % Triton X100. The antibody also works for immunohistochemistry on paraformaldehyde fixed cryostat sections.

Normally ABIN361360 should be fix with 10% buffered formalin overnight at room temperature instead of 4% paraformaldehyde. 1.Use 10% buffered formalin overnight instead of 4% paraformaldehyde to fix the tissues 2.Quench the endogenous peroxidase activity with 3% H2O2 instead of 0.5% H2O2 3.Block non-specific binding sites with 3% horse serum instead of goat serum.
