Applikationshinweise: Immunohistochemistry for formalin-Fixed Paraffin Embedded (FFPE) Tissue Sections andFrozen Sections: Dilute 1/100-1/200 using polymer or streptavidin approx. biotin system for 30 mins at room temperature. Positive control: Human colon cancer.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
