Western Blot: a band is seen corresponding to the theoretical molecular weight of human ChREBP of ~95kD. Immunoprecipitation: chromatin. Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:500. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
