Applikationshinweise: Approved: ELISA (0.5 - 1 μg/mL), IP (25 μg/mL), WB (1 - 2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse MCP-11. The detection limit for r  mMCP-11 is approximately 10 ng/well. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse MCP-11. Using a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit for r  mMCP-11 is approximately 25 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Chemiluminescent detection with WesternGlo Chemiluminescent Detection Substrate will increase sensitivity by 5 to 50 fold. Immunoprecipitation: 25 μg/mL to immunoprecipitate r  mMCP-11 from conditioned cell culture medium. The recovered r  mMCP-11 can be detected in Western blots using a polyclonal antibody.
