Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Flow Cytometry: 50 μg/mL use 10 μL to label 1E6 cell. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL detection limit for rmIntegrin A8 ~5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Immunocytochemistry: 10 μg/mL. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
