Approved: ELISA, Flo, ICC, WB (0.2 - 2 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Flow Cytometry and Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot: 0.2-2 μg/mL. Flow Cytometry: 0.5-2 μg/sample, HeLa cells fixed in 2 % paraformaldehyde/PBS and then permeabilized in 90 % methanol. Immunocytochemistry: HeLa cells were fixed with 4 % paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.1 % Triton X-100 in PBS. Positive control: HeLa cells. - Kommentare
