Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA: 0.5 - 1.0 μg/mL. Detection limit for recombinant human BMP-6 is approximately 6.2 ng/well. Western Blot: 1-20 μg/mL. Detection limit for recombinant human BMP6 is ~20 ng/lane under non-reducing conditions. The Inhib: Use at a concentration of 1-3 μg/mL.
