Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Direct ELISA. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL, When used in with a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit for rhTRACP is ~50 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 μg/mL, Detection limit for rhTRACP is ~5 ng/well.
