Applikationshinweise: Approved: Flo (25 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in flow cytometry. Flow cytometry: 25 μg/mL, then add 10il of the diluted solution to 1-5 x 10^5 cells. The total reaction should not exceed 200 μL. For intracellular staining to detect SSTR5, cells must first be fixed and permeabilized using 4 % paraformaldehyde and 0.1 % saponin in PBS. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
