Produktdetails anti-CD1b2 Antikörper

Spezifität: This antiobdy recognises the CD1w2 cell surface antigen in bovine, sheep and goat. This antibody immunoprecipitates two protein bands of 12 kDa and 42 kDa. In immunohistology the reagent stains cortical thymocytes and a minority of medullary thymocytes, with a pattern similar to antibodies of the CD1b cluster in humans.

Applikationshinweise: Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections. Immunoprecipitation. Flow Cytometry: 1/50 - 1/100, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cellsin 100 μL.

Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
