  • Produktmerkmale

Clone 371-4 antibody specifically detects the Golgi complex in human cells. It is part of panel of reagents which recognizes subcellular organelles or compartments of human cells. These markers may be useful in identification of these organelles in cells, tissues, and biochemical preparations. The antibody recognizes an antigen associated with the Golgi complex in human cells only. It can be used to stain cell or tissue preparations and can be used as a marker in subcellular fractions. The antibody produces a diffuse staining pattern of the Golgi zone in normal and malignant cells and may be used to stain Golgi complex in frozen tissue sections. It can also be used with paraformaldehyde fixed frozen tissue or cell preparations. The 371-4 antibody is an excellent marker for human cells in xenographic model research.

    Aufreinigung

    Protein G affinity chromatography

    Immunogen

SU-DHL-1 large cell lymphoma cells were used as the immunogen.

    Isotyp

    IgG1 kappa
  • Applikationshinweise

The concentration stated for each application is a general starting point. Variations in protocols, secondaries and substrates may require the Golgi complex antibody to be titered up or down for optimal performance.

    1. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10  mM citrate buffer,  pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes.
    2. The prediluted format is supplied in a dropper bottle and is optimized for use in IHC. After epitope retrieval step (if required), drip mAb solution onto the tissue section and incubate at RT for 30 min.\. Western Blot: 0.5-1 μg/mL,Flow Cytometry: 0.5-1 μg/million cells in 0.1ml,Immunofluorescence: 0.5-1 μg/mL,Immunocytochemistry: (Acetone/paraformaldehyde fixed) 0.5-1 μg/mL for 30 min,IHC (FFPE): 0.5-1 μg/mL for 30 minutes at RT (1),Prediluted format : incubate for 30 min at RT (2)
