Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. ELISA (Direct): 0.5-1 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect rat and mouse Lipocalin-2. The detection limit for Lipocalin-2 is ~0.3 ng/well. Western Blot: 1 μg/mL. Immunoprecipitation: Immunoprecipitate rrLipocalin-2 from conditioned media of transfected NS0 cells.
