It will also react with MEK1/2 singly phosphorylated at Ser217, but not with MEK1/2 singly phosphorylated at Ser221. Species cross-reactivity: Human, mouse and rat.

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 1:1000. Incubate membrane with diluted antibody in 5 % BSA, 1X TBS, 0.1 % Tween-20 at 4?C with gentle shaking, overnight. Immunoprecipitation: 1:50.
