Approved: IHC (0.02 - 0.1 μg/mL), WB (0.05 - 0.1 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry (peroxidase). Western Blot: 0.05-0.1 μg/mL readily detected 1-10 ng of TH/lane using 125I-protein A. Immunohistochemistry: 0.02-0.1 μg/mL produced specific labeling of noradrenergic axons in primate cerebral cortex. Using horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Note: It is important to use a secondary antibody that has significant reactivity to sheep IgG1 since the majority of the sheep immunoglobulin is IgG1. -
