Usage: Flow Cytometry: 2.5 μg/mL labels 10e6 cells. HL-60 human acute promyelocytic leukemia cell line treated with LPS, fixed with paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with saponin.Western Blot: 0.1 μg/mL. Recombinant human MIF.
