Spezifität: Antibody < span style="font-size: 11.0pt, mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt,">ANC8D12 binds to recombinant CD273 and cell surface CD273 expressed on monocyte derived Dendritic cells (moDC), and blocks binding of recombinant CD279 to CD273 in EIA and FACS.

Usage: Human monocyte derived Dendritic cells were prepared in 8 day culture. 5 x 10⁵ per tube were washed and incubated 45 minutes on ice with 80 μL of antihuman CD273/Biotin at concentration of 10 μg/mL. They were then washed twice and incubated with Streptavidin/R-PE, after which they were washed twice, fixed and analyzed by FACS. Cells stained positive with a mean shift of 1.39 log10 fluorescent units when compared to isotype control Mouse IgG2a/Biotin. Binding was blocked when reagent was pre incubated with a 10-fold excess of recombinant CD273-muIg. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
