Spezifität: Antibody from clone ANC1D5 binds to CD66b on the cell surface of human PMN in Flow cytometry and detects recombinant CD66b in sandwich EIA utilizing either clone ANC4A4 or ANC3C5 as a capture reagent.

Usage: Five x 105 Polymorphprep prepared human Granulocytes(PMN) per tube were pelleted and pre incubated 5 minutes with 20 μL of human IgG at 300 μg/mL (to reduce non specific binding) after which they were washed and incubated 45 minutes on ice with 80 μL of anti-CD66b antibody(ANC1D5) at 10 μg/mL. Cells were washed twice and incubated with 50 μL of 2o reagent Streptavidin/PE, after which they were washed three times, fixed and analyzed by FACS. Cells stained positive with a mean shift of 1.66 log10 fluorescent units when compared to a Mouse IgG1/Biotin isotype control. Binding was blocked when cells were pre incubated with an excess of unlabeled anti-human CD66b (ANC1D5) mAb. ELISA: Use for detection. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
