- ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approximately 85 kDa band observed in A431 lysate (predicted MW of 86 kDa according to NP_002221, NP_068831). Recommended for use at 0.2-1 μg/mL. Enzyme immunoassay: Customer finds it successful in quantitative ELISA assays (EIA) but the antibody is very sensitive to freeze/thaw cycles in this assay.
